About what are the laws of selling of breast milk in Virginia?

I looked on-line in one of several other places, but I was not capable to find any laws, that prohibits the sale of the breast milk in Virginia or allows it. I am not interested für hearing about milk banks (that land) \'t compensates you for the donation of the milk, or, like "unrefined" it is the milk to be sold. I spare, somebody daf hasür interests to buy it, so I don\'t ask WHERE I can sell it, only, IF I can sell it. If you land, \'t weiß, you please don\'t answer. I place wei auf\'tß, so I don\'t want to hear that you don\'t know both. I weiß, that it is illegal in some states, but not others. I muß only know whether it is legal in Virginia. There were studies in Europe, that uses breast milk in Kerbspatienten, in order to strengthen the immune system during the chemo-Therapie. There is also a lady in my neighborhood, that sees, in order to adopt a newborn and her/its/their breast milk wants to give, but the $5 one ounce of this affords them/her/it kann\'t milk-bank-giveühr

O.K. in this case, you must be careful with your neighbor. Milk bank screen für bacteria and then pasteurizes killing any bacteria.

If is you and she/it not EXTREMELY carefully, you could finish to make this baby very sick with corrupt milk. Also, you should thereover with your OB/GYN, to test your milk and your blood, checks. Occasionally, blood can get into the milk, während nascent pumped, this could introduce illness or viruses also to the baby.

I breast nourished my daughter and loved every minute from it, but why doesn\'t your neighbor simply use any formula? I weiß that of Breast at the best things is, but I believe that safe should be her/its/their first priority.

Also, I saw faux nursing systems for it to simulate breast feeding. If they it, that the nursing one "Band" seeks, she/it could use formula or breast milk.
