I know, that it is a strange question to be asked, but even meal, that I thought, was healthy, procured flack for having fat/carbs, that are not obvious to this meal, like veges, the so much carbs has, it looked at a strength, and so on my food is moderate calorie, low fat, high protein, wise carb. ICH\'m, that doesn\'t place how much at a time, but figure, if it protein, 4-6 oz, fruits/veges 1/2 - 3/4 cups and carbs/grains, which the writing says is, thereß a service is. ICH\'m, that only really wants to know, thereß has no one of this meal fruit, too much hidden bad stuff, with tons of sugar, veggies with fat/sugar (and so on)

Veges: Bought normally frozen or conserved without added salt except if other known
Asparaguses
Baby packs carrots in bags,
Peas
French cut Greens parties beans
Broccoli florets and stalks
Cauliflower, newly or froze from broccoli,
Baby spinach (bag)
Iceberg lettuce (head)
Tomatoes all sizes (fresh)
Cooked canned spinach

Carbs:
Brown rice
Wheat bread-individuals disk sandwiches, not whole wheat, simply brown sandwich bread, I am no gonna-Schalter, the form is different,
Potatoes (in restraint)
Reduced fat wheat cookies, from brand, wheat lifts,
Pasta supplements done with white pasta and cream sauce, occasionally for obvious reasons!

Protein:
Eggs, not organically, often only this white, otherwise a yolk:white-Verhältnis of 1:3,
Tuna conserved in water
Bone/Skinless Chicken Breasts
Tilapia filletted
Shrimp
93/7 ground turkeys
Low/No fat turkey breast, lunch meat, the gelegentliche-ca of the whole time, haha, doesn\'t cook,

Fruit: Bought newly or in bags or frozen in packages, not cans -,
Apples (normally Fuji)
Oranges, they are my rip!, Sometimes conserved mandarin oranges!
Bananas, normally small or 1/2 a means,
Seedless red/purple-Weintrauben
Blueberries, not often, hella dearly,
Strawberries, fresh/frozen for smoothies,
Peaches (frozen scrap for smoothies)
Mangoes (frozen scrap for smoothies)
Pineapples (frozen scrap for smooties)
Seedless watermelon, if in season or to sale,

Dairy:
Sail milk, it is GRAYER o.O,
Nonfat-Joghurt
American cheese
Lowfat tattered cheese

Fat/Misc:
EV olive oil
nonstick, the spray cooks,
Salt outsides seasonings
Margarine


I would love to hear suggestions to add the list or something, to fall from the list, or moves to another type!, if it is important, EVERYTHING from brand/great-Wert almost is.... thanks!

I would say that frozen spinach is better than Dosenspinat, frozen meanwhile, is normally fresher.
Iceburg-Kopfsalat doesn\'t have any nutritional value.
Easy tuna has less mercury in it than white tuna. Salmon is so good alternative.
To other fruits, grapes didn\'t compare as many vitamins and antioxidents, and they cause caustic reflux.
Cream sauce is high in fat, and pasta whiten has carbs simpler as whole wheat pasta.
Any wheat sandwich bread is as bad as white bread, but there is oatmeal bread, rye, ezekiel, and so on, if you like none unmitigated wheat.
There is a gigantic difference between strength cheese and the cheese, that you will cut in disks at the delicatessen counter.
